The Total Tragedy of a Girl Named Hamlet

The Total Tragedy of a Girl Named Hamlet

Hamlet Kennedy wants to be normal, but that’s something that no one can change. It’s not her, it’s her parents. They wear Elizabethan clothes and don’t use contractions, or as Hamlet would have to say, do not. Hamlet’s sister, a seven year old know it all, skipped all the grades until eighth grade. And then there’s the mean girls, Saber and Mauri. They’ll do anything to humiliate Hamlet. Especially if it has to do with her parents. I think this book leans a teensy bit more for girls. It really is a great book. I give it a double thumbs up! I hope you like mac & cheese, cause it’s about to get mac & cheese crazy up in the Kennedy “klan.”
