One Day and One Amazing Morning on Orange Street

One Day and One Amazing Morning on Orange Street

Joanne Rocklin

4 out of 5

Ali’s little brother hasn’t spoken since his first visit to the hospital, Leandra doesn’t want a baby sister, Robert can’t get Ali to notice him, and Bunny is terrified that something will happen to her mother on the airplane while she is on her business trip. All four kids have one thing in common: the big orange tree in the empty lot in the middle of the street. I liked when you find out who the mysterious stranger is. I liked this book, and would recommend it to girls and boys ages 7-12
