Out of Reach

I liked this book, but parts of the book weren’t very clear and didn’t make sense. It would jump back and forth between the main character’s past life and experiences, to the present and her mission to find her brother, who had run away. It was a bit confusing, but I really liked what I learned from this novel. It showed me communities and neighborhoods that weren’t necessarily the best and how the people living there lived. Growing up in a great community like Bedford, I was surprised to see how many places might live like the places that the main character traveled to in the book. Overall, it was confusing, but a good read.
